This event will highlight the recent release of the book Elect Women for a Change: The Path to Gender Parity in Politics (Polity, 2026) by Dr. Mona Lena Krook, Distinguished Professor of Political Science at Rutgers University. Drawing on the book’s findings, the discussion will explore how movements, policymakers, and practitioners are advancing gender parity, not only representation, in today’s evolving political landscape.
