Applications Open: Crisis Readiness Training of Trainers (ToT) Program
The Vital Voices Crisis Readiness Program equips women leaders around the world with practical skills to protect themselves, their organizations, and their communities in times of crisis. Building on this foundation, Vital Voices is expanding this work through the Crisis Readiness Training of Trainers (ToT) Program.
The ToT program prepares women leaders to train women in their communities, strengthening local capacity to prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises. Participants gain the tools, curriculum, and facilitation skills needed to localize and deliver Crisis Readiness trainings within their own networks and organizations.
Through this program, participants learn how to support their communities in developing actionable safety plans and strengthening capacity to:
Counter online violence and stay safe online
Respond to war and civil conflict
Safeguard against arrests and government targeting
Evacuate during climate and other emergencies
Sustain mental health and well-being
