Human Centered Design with Rucha Pande – Live on the Hub on 1/22

Published on January 14, 2026

This session will introduce Human-Centered Design (HCD) as a framework for creating equitable and innovative solutions across diverse systems. Participants will explore the key phases of the HCD process, from empathy-building and problem definition through ideation, prototyping, and testing. We will examine how HCD principles inherently support equity by centering the voices and experiences of those most impacted, particularly marginalized communities, leading to more effective and just outcomes. Participants will leave with foundational HCD knowledge, practical tools for immediate application, and a deeper understanding of how intentional design processes can accelerate impact.
