Hello everyone! Join us to kickoff the 2026 Global Mentoring Walks - now on its 19th year!

Every year, the Global Mentoring Walks unite women across the world—pairing rising leaders with seasoned changemakers who generously share the wisdom, encouragement, and perspective that help illuminate the way forward. For those of you new to VV, this is our BIGGEST global act of sisterhood - over 60 countries, countless cities and thousands of women walk with other women, sharing the journey, mentoring, supporting.

This event embodies the VV network. YOU can start your own walk — and learn HOW in our kick-off!
Every year, we have a theme to inspire us all and for 2026, we build on the momentum with our theme: “Your Leadership Journey.” 

This theme puts focus on the journey each woman is forging for herself—one shaped by purpose, courage, resilience, and the community that strengthens her along the way. It invites every participant to reflect on her path: the ideas she is nurturing, the risks she has taken, the force she is becoming, and the ways she is already lifting others.
