Lenah Hafez is a Startup Consultant at AstroLabs and a Visiting Associate at Sunny Side Venture Partners. She previously served as Program Manager at Flat6Labs, the MENA region’s leading seed and early-stage venture capital firm. In partnership with Flat6Labs and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), she led the Growth Track of the StartMashreq program, supporting growth-stage startups across Jordan, Lebanon, and Iraq by connecting them with funding opportunities from leading investors and VCs in the region. She also spearheaded the research arm of the StartEgypt program, conducting interviews, surveys, and focus groups to map Egypt’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and advocate for more enabling investment policies. Her work culminated in a comprehensive report that outlined the legal and regulatory challenges facing startups in Egypt and proposed actionable policy reforms. With over a decade of experience spanning marketing, media production, operations, and project management, Lenah has worked extensively with startups and entrepreneurial support organizations, helping founders transform ideas into thriving businesses. A true multipotentialite, she has also pursued filmmaking, photography, creative writing, marketing, and graphic design. As co-founder of 360ologists, she has produced immersive 360/VR video and audio content, overseeing everything from concept development to production, filming, and editing for clients across diverse sectors.
